So it was decided that we are going to Jamaica in the fall! First vacation in about 4 years! I love my family and friends back in MN, but each time we've been home we have not been able to relax and just enjoy the time. So we are headed to Jamaica for a little r&r.
That also means I have to really lose my CT weight, so I can feel comfortable in a swimsuit in Jamaica! PErfect timing and motivation :p So last week I started watching what I eat, cut out the pop, and the coffee. I can't believe it, but I'm happy to say I have dropped 5.5 lbs! Now I'm sure its just water weight, but hey every pound counts right?
